Repair options and costs considered alongside operational priorities.
A dedicated contact keeps the entire process connected.
From your first enquiry to the component’s return: how we manage each step.
Speak with our teamWe support commercial passenger and cargo aircraft operators with component sourcing, urgent AOG assistance, repair management and shipment coordination. Share your aircraft type, part number and operational need so we can assess the available options.
Marcel coordinates the work with suppliers and repair facilities. Component inspection, repair and release are performed by the selected maintenance organisation within its applicable scope of approval.
For a parts enquiry, send the part number, quantity, required condition, delivery location and deadline. Include your release-document and traceability requirements so these can be checked alongside availability and price.
For a repair, also include the serial number, reason for removal, fault description and any available test reports or component records. Tell us whether the priority is turnaround time, cost or a specific repair option. We will identify any missing information before arranging the next step.
Call +90 544 331 96 50 for 24/7 AOG assistance. Provide the aircraft location, part number, quantity, required condition and latest acceptable arrival time, together with an operational contact who can approve the proposed solution.
We check sourcing options and shipment feasibility against your deadline, then communicate availability, documentation and the expected delivery schedule. If a repair is involved, the repair facility must confirm its capability and turnaround before a completion date can be agreed.
We establish the required records at the start of the enquiry and coordinate their review with the supplier or repair facility. Depending on the component and transaction, these may include release documents, serial-number identification, repair findings, test reports and available traceability records.
Any missing or inconsistent information is raised for clarification before acceptance or dispatch. The maintenance organisation is responsible for its technical work and release documentation; your authorised team remains responsible for confirming the component is eligible for its intended installation.
Yes. We coordinate the outbound shipment to the repair facility and the return shipment after completion. Planning covers collection and delivery addresses, packing requirements, transport options and the documents requested by the relevant logistics and customs partners.
Freight charges, customs responsibilities and any special handling requirements are clarified for the individual shipment. We follow collection, transit and delivery milestones, and flag issues that could affect the agreed schedule.
The process follows five stages, with one Marcel contact coordinating the handovers:
We present the repair facility’s findings and quotation with the proposed scope, expected turnaround and relevant commercial terms. Evaluation charges, freight, exclusions and any applicable warranty terms are identified so you can compare the options on a consistent basis.
If further inspection reveals additional work, we request a revised scope, price and timing for your decision. If repair is uneconomical or unsuitable, available alternatives can be reviewed with you. You retain approval of the repair expenditure and any agreed changes.
Your Marcel contact brings together the repair facility’s updates, outstanding approvals, parts requirements and transport status. Updates focus on what has been completed, what is pending, who needs to act and the current expected return date.
The initial turnaround is an estimate from the repair facility. Findings, material availability, customer approvals or transport can change it. We highlight these changes and their effect on the schedule, and agree the reporting frequency with you. You keep visibility of the repair without having to follow up with each party separately.
